We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can return an item and receive a refund. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 14 days may not be accepted.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it;
- In its original packaging with all tags and accessories included;
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or incorrect:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance;
- Gift cards;
- Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
How to request a return
To start a return, email us at team@sjysports.asia with your order number and the reason for the return. We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not send items back before receiving our confirmation.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping cost, at no additional charge to you.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item (for example, for a different size), please return the original item in line with this policy and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing.
